Send the address, unit count and laundry setup. We reply with an indicative per-unit quote, subject to scope and confirmation.
-
02
We schedule with you.
Dates are agreed with the property manager first. We supply resident notices you can post as-is.
-
03
Every unit cleaned.
Each in-suite dryer duct and exterior termination is cleaned. Units we could not access are listed for a return visit.
-
04
You get the report.
A per-unit report with before and after photos, units missed, and any damaged or crushed ducts flagged.
Before any booking
We send the cleaning crew's certificate of insurance in writing before any booking is confirmed. Pricing is quoted per building and is indicative until scope is confirmed.
Resident notices
We write the resident notices.
You approve the dates and access rules. We write the lobby and elevator notice and the suite sign-up sheet. You post them by your usual method.
Residents clear the dryer area, then tell us whether they will be home or leave a key with management.
